Abstract
Se suministran compuestos catalizadores de polimerización, sistemas catalizadores que incluyen estos compuestos catalizadores, y su uso en la polimerización del etileno y por lo menos un comonómero. En particular, la invención suministra un sistema catalizador que comprende un compuesto catalizador incorporador pobre de comonómeros y un compuesto catalizador buen incorporador de comonómeros. Preferentemente, el compuesto catalizador poco incorporador de comonómeros es un metaloceno que contiene por lo menos un ligando basado en un anillo ciclopentadienilo fusionado sustituido o no sustituido, que está sustancialmente dirigido al frente de la molécula, contiene un grupo puente largo, o contiene un patrón de sustitución metílico que se correlaciona con una pobre incorporación de comonómeros. La invención suministra también métodos para seleccionar el metaloceno incorporador pobre de comonómero s a parear con el metaloceno buen incorporador de comonómeros para producir polímeros que sean fáciles de procesar a una variedad de artículos, especialmente película basada en polietileno, que tienen propiedades mejoradas.
