Abstract
Una composicion para gomas de mascar medicadas que tienen el principio activo disperso en la goma y con un recubrimiento de una mezcla que comprende unelemento hidrosoluble y un elemento insoluble en agua. El principio activo puede ser uno o más delgrupo formado por nicotina, ibuprofeno, paracetamol,D-metorfano, dimenhidrinato, gengibre, ácido 1-ascorbico (vitamina C), acetilcisteína, efedrina, D-pseudoefedrina, valeriana, ranitidina, clorexidina, yodurode tibenzonio, preferentemente nicotina,mientras que el elemento soluble es un carbohidrato, preferentemente sorbitol, y el elemento insoluble es un aceite,preferentemente aceite hidrogenado de castor. También se describe un proceso para la fabricacion de una tableta de goma de mascar medicada que tiene lacomposicion de acuerdo a la presente. Las tabletas de acuerdo a la presente tienen gran estabilidad, importantes propiedades organolépticas, y propiedades parala liberacion gradual y controlada.
