Abstract
Una composicion de gel aireado con estabilidad de almacenamiento que comprende: 30 a 97% en peso de agua, 0,2 a 5% en peso de un agente gelificanteseleccionado entre goma de xantano, alginato de sodio y carboxivinilo neutralizado, y 2 a 5% en peso de un particulado fino de un sílice hidrofobico tratadacon silicona que tiene un área de superficie comprendida entre 80 y 300 m2/g. La composicion está bajo la forma de partículas finas de un gel acuoso quecontiene el agua y el agente gelificante, don de las superficies de las partículas finas están recubiertas con un recubrimiento del sílice hidrofobico finamenteparticulado. La composicion del gel se prepara mezclando, bajo condiciones de alto esfuerzo de corte, el agua y el sílice finamente part iculado y agregando acontinuacion a la mezcla resultante, el agente gelificante y mezclando bajo condiciones de alto esfuerzo de corte.
