Abstract
Artículo absorbente, tal como un tampon catamenial, para absorber los fluidos del cuerpo y método para inhibir la produccion de la exoproteína a partir dela bacteria Gram positiva, en un producto absorbente, dicho método abarca contactar dichoproduc to absorbente con una cantidad efectiva de un compuesto diétery exponer dicho producto absorbente a una o más bacterias Gram positivas; el mencionado compuesto diéter tiene la formula general: R1-O-R2, donde R1 es ungrupo alquilo de cadenaabierta re cta o bifurcada que posee una cadena de C8-18 y R2 se selecciona de un alcohol, una sal de sulfato polialcoxilado y una salde sulfosuccinato polialcoxilado, donde dicho compuesto es efectiva para inhibir substancialmente la produccion deexoproteína a partir de la bacteria positivaGram.
