Abstract
Nuevos compuestos farmacéuticamente activos de formula (I), en la que: a es oxígeno, CH2, C(CH3)2, NR10, azufre, SO o SO2; b es oxígeno, CH2, C=O,C=NR11, C=NOH, SO2, azufre, SO, C=NO-alquilo C1-5 o CR7R8; cada uno de R1 a R8 se seleccionan,ind ependientemente, entre hidrogeno, halo (por ejemplo, cloro,fluoro, bromo o yodo), trifluorometilo, ciano e hidroxi, o R7 y R8 juntos pueden ser C(=O)NH2 o C(=O)N-alquilo C1-4, con la condicion de que ni R7 niR8 pueden ser halo cuando a esoxíge no, NR11, azufre, SO o SO2; y cada uno de R10 y R11 se seleccionan, independientemente, entre hidrogeno, bencilo yalquilo C1-6; y las sales farmacéuticamente aceptables de dichos compuestos. Estos compuestos presentan actividaddopaminérgica central y son utiles en eltratamiento de trastornos del sistema nervioso central.
