Abstract

Ollgonukleotidene kan derfor fortrinnsvis hybridlsere med E2-, El-, E7- eller E6-7-messenger RNA.Oligonucleotides and oligonucleotide analogs are abundant and have the capability for antisense drug interaction with messenger RKA from papilloma virus. Such oligonucleotides or oligonucleotide analogs can be used for diagnostics and therapeutics as well as for research. According to preferred embodiments, oligonucleotide or oligonucleotide analogs are provided and these are hybridizable with a messenger RNA from a papilloma virus. The oligonucleotide or oligonucleotide analog may also inhibit the function of RNA and is therefore useful for therapy for Silk papillomavirus infections. Parts of the papilloma breeding virus are targeted for antisense attacks. The oligonucleotides can therefore preferably hybridize with E2, E1, E7 or E6-7 messenger RNA.
