Claims (8)
1. Zuigpaal voor installatie in de zeebodem om te werken als een fundatie, of deel ervan, voor het steunen van een offshore structuur die op de zeebodem rust, waarbij de zuigpaal inwendig nabij het bovenste eindschot en op afstand van dit eindschot een van te voren geïnstalleerd, vast, belastingdragend oppervlak heet dat is ingericht voor het onbeweeglijk houden van de zuigpaal terwijl de offshore structuur die erop rust, in vol bedrijf is.
2. Zuigpaal volgens conclusie 1 en welk belastingdragend oppervlak mediumdoorlatend is om te voorzien in een mediumverbinding tussen de erboven en eronder gelegen interne ruimten van de zuigpaal.
3. Zuigpaal volgens conclusie 1 of 2 en welk belastingdragend oppervlak een metalen plaat omvat.
4. Zuigpaal volgens conclusie 1, 2 of 3, het belastingdragend oppervlak bevindt zich minimaal 10 of 20 of 50 centimeter en/of maximaal 1 of 1.5 of 2 meter beneden het bovenste eindschot.
5. Zuigpaal volgens één van de conclusies 1-4, zijnde een geprefabriceerd object met het belastingdragende oppervlak.
6. Offshore structuur met een fundering van één of meer zuigpalen die de op de zeebodem rustende offshore structuur dragen, waarbij ten minste één van de zuigpalen is volgens één van de conclusies 1-5 en zijn belastingdragende oppervlak op de zeebodem rust.
7. Werkwijze van het installeren van een zuigpaal volgens één van de conclusies 1-5, waarbij de zuigpaal bodem (8) de zeebodem (12) indringt en medium wordt verwijderd uit de zuigruimte zodat het indringen voortgaat door zuigen en dus het belastingdragende oppervlak naar de zeebodem toe beweegt en tenslotte steunt bovenop de zeebodem, waardoor continuering van het verder indringen wordt gestopt.
8. Werkwijze volgens conclusie 7, waarbij de zuigpaal voorafgaande aan het indringen van de zeebodem het belastingdragende oppervlak omvat en/of aan het einde van de werkwijze het bovenste eindschot zich bevindt op een niveau boven de zeebodem, bij voorkeur minimaal 10 of 20 of 50 centimeter en/of maximaal 1 of 1.5 of 2 meter.
