Abstract
Derivados de vitamina D de la formula I (Ver Formula) X es =CH2 o H,H; Y es una fraccion -CH(CH3)=(A)n-C(O)-OR1 (a) -CH(CH3)-CH2O-C(O)-R2 (b) o -C(O)-OR1 (c); A es -CH=CH- o CH2-CH2- R1 es alquilo inferior, cicloalquilo, cicloalquilo, cicloalquilmetilo, -CH2R3 o -CH2CH2R3, R2 es alquilo inferior, cicloalquilo o R3; R3 es hidroxi-alquilo inferior, hidroxi-cicloalquilo o trifluo-rometil-hidroxi-alquilo inferior; n es 0 o 1; y el enlace de trazos en el anillo pentagonal es opcional,; pueden utilizarse en el tratamiento de condiciones dermatologicas, en particular trastornos de queratinizacion.
