Abstract

Este método de fabricación de tubo de metal sin costura se proporciona con lo siguiente: una etapa para preparar una pluralidad de barras de mandril de las cuales las secciones de trabajo que entran en contacto con la tubería sin procesar hueca durante el estirado y laminación tienen diferentes longitudes; una etapa para seleccionar, de la pluralidad de barras de mandril, barras de mandril que tienen longitudes de sección de trabajo adecuadas para el número de soportes que se utilizará para la reducción de espesor de pared; una etapa para insertar las barras de mandril que se han seleccionado en la etapa de selección en la tubería sin procesar hueca; y una etapa para estirar y laminar la tubería hueca sin procesar en la cual las barras de mandril se han insertado. Además, en la etapa de estirado y laminación, reducción de diámetro exterior se realiza en cualquiera del grupo de soporte de fase frontal o el grupo de soporte de fase posterior y la reducción de espesor de pared se hace en el otro grupo de soporte; o una reducción de espesor de pared se hace en el grupo de soporte de fase frontal y/o el grupo de soporte de fase posterior.
