Abstract

The present invention pertains to the field of environmental health, treatments for purifying water for human use and consumption. The operation of the invention is based on the generation of silver ions by means of electrolysis generated by photovoltaic solar cells, which replace in an effective manner the traditional rectifying electronic brains that convert the alternate current into direct current by means of a rechargeable battery system, this ensuring the day and night operation of the invention, including a plunger inside the tank, which contains the electrodes required for generating ions, as well as the antifouling magnetic system. The system is formed by a system of interconnected components that generate, control and store silver ions in the water of a tank that supplies a domestic or commercial network, providing disinfected drinking water from all the intakes of said network, independently from the hardness of the water, also being easily installed. The system does not re quire purifier filters, only requiring the electrolysis process of the silver ions for purifying water, having a residual effect consisting in the perpetuity of the disinfecting elements during the transportation of water through the hydraulic network.
