Abstract

La invención se refiere a un método para producir soluciones acuosas de glucanos que tienen una cadena principal que tiene enlaces ß-1,3-glicosídicos y grupos laterales unidos a los mismos por enlaces ß-1,6-glicosídicos, por cepas de hongos de fermentación secretando dichos glucanos en el caldo de fermentación en un medio de cultivo acuoso, en donde la separación de los glucanos del caldo de fermentación toma lugar por medio de membranas de filtros asimétricos.
