Abstract

La invención se refiere a un método para producir un intercambiador de calor, mediante el cual dos tubos (1) metálicos adyacentes, se conectan entre si por sus extremos abiertos, mediante tubos (3) extremos respectivos con forma de U, en las regiones de traslape, usando pegamento (5) El método se caracteriza por las siguientes etapas: a) aplicar el pegamento a las regiones de traslape de los tubos extremos con forma de U, seleccionar el pegamento de tal manera que este sea sólido y no pegajoso después de la aplicación en las regiones de traslape del tubo extremo con forma de U, y antes de la conexión a los tubos (1) metálicos, a temperaturas no mayores a 30°C y no se cura sin una etapa de activación, b) el tubo extremo se coloca sobre los tubos metálicos o se inserta en los tubos metálicos con la región de traslape y el pegamento aplicado a las mismas y c) el pegamento se activa por irradiación con radiación de alta energía o térmicamente antes o después de la etapa b), de modo tal que este se cura después de la etapa b), y conecta el tubo metálico al tubo extremo con forma de U en la región de traslape.
