Abstract
The invention relates to silicate enameling technology and may be used for preparation of direct-on covering for steel components of household destination, for example, washing mashines and gas apparatus.Summary of the invention consists in the fact that the frit for direct-on enamel containing SiO2, B2O3, Na2O, K2O, Li2O, ZrO2, complementary contains Co2O3, CaO, and ZnO, at the following components ratio, mass %: 33...38 SiO2; 20...26 B2O3; 20...24 Na2O; 3...5 K2O; 1...2 Li2O; 4...6 ZrO2; 1...1,5 Co2O3; 2,5...4 CaO; 1...2,6 ZnO.The obtained enamel coats possess good decorative and protective properties, light-blue color and an increased brilliance.The technical result of the invention consists in decreasing the frit kilning up to temperature 720-740°C.
