Abstract
Invenţia se referă la agricultură şi poate fi utilizată pentru aprecierea rezistenţei plantelor la arşiţă.Procedeul, conform invenţiei, include selectarea frunzelor de aceeaşi vârstă, stabilizarea frunzelor în decurs de 24 ore, determinarea valorilor eficacităţii cuantice a fotosistemului II al frunzelor stabilizate cu ajutorul fluorimetrului, selectarea frunzelor cu valori similare, divizarea lor în două părţi - martor şi probă, expunerea frunzelor probă acţiunii şocului termic prin imersare în apă cu temperaturi cuprinse între 48 … 60°C pe parcursul a 5 min, stabilizarea repetată a frunzelor martor şi probă pe parcursul a 7 zile, determinarea valorilor eficacităţii cuantice a fotosistemului II al frunzelor probă şi martor, determinarea valorilor relative ale eficacităţii cuantice a fotosistemului II al frunzelor probă, construirea graficului dependenţei valorilor relative ale eficacităţii cuantice a fotosistemului II al frunzelor probă de temperatură şi aprecierea în baza acestuia a rezistenţei plantelor la arşiţă.
