Ottie does not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. All information provided by the Software is for informational purposes only. You are solely responsible for any financial decisions you make. Cryptocurrency and DeFi involve significant risk — do your own research before making any financial decisions.
Blockchain transactions are irreversible. Once a transaction is submitted to a blockchain network, it cannot be undone. The Software includes safeguards (domain constraints, ClawWall DLP, confirmation prompts), but you bear full responsibility for any on-chain actions.
The Software integrates with third-party APIs and services. We do not control these services and are not responsible for their availability, accuracy, or security. Each third-party service has its own terms and privacy policies.
The Service is provided on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access and may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.
THE SOFTWARE AND SERVICE ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We disclaim all warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Software will be error-free, secure, or produce accurate results.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of funds, data, profits, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Software or Service — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Ottie contributors from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Software or Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the primary contributors reside, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
