OPEN MIX LAB（以下OML）は、自然科学研究機構（National Institutes of Natural Sciences, NINS）が管理運用する研究プラットフォームです。アカデミアだけでなく、産業界も含めた多様な専門家の参加を想定した革新的な研究活動を推進しています。
OMLは、ボトムアップ型（公募研究）プログラム、トップダウン型プログラム、オンサイト型プログラムの３プログラムから構成されます。
ボトムアップ型（公募研究）プログラムは５タイプのプロジェクトから構成され、公募によって採択された研究課題には研究資金が提供されるとともに、NINSが保有する共用研究施設・設備が提供されます。
トップダウン型プログラムでは、共創戦略統括本部が設定した戦略目標に従った異分野融合型の研究を推進します。採択課題には研究資金が提供されます。
オンサイト型プログラムでは、岡崎山手キャンパスOML OKAZAKI 山手１号館に整備された研究スペースを利用することができます。

]]> The OPEN MIX LAB (hereafter "OML") is a research platform managed and operated by the National Institutes of Natural Sciences (NINS). OML promotes innovative research activities involving a wide range of experts from academia and industry.The OML consists of three programs: a bottom-up program (open call for proposals), a top-down program, and an on-site program.
The bottom-up program consists of five types of projects. Research projects selected through open calls will receive funding and access to shared research facilities and equipment in the NINS.
In the Top-down program, recipients will conduct interdisciplinary research in line with the strategic objectives established by the Headquarters for Co-Creation Strategy. Funding will be provided for selected research projects.
In the On-site program, recipients will be able to use the research space in Yamate Building No. 1, OML OKAZAKI, Okazaki Yamate Campus.
