Hello,
I think there is an issue with the license. If the assets can't be altered and redistributed, you can't make a game with it. A game is a derivative work of the assets it uses. It couldn't be distributed along with the assets.
Is it possible to revise the license terms, and to include those in the archive?

I made an edit but it did say you were able to alter the asset. You're free to use it in games, you just can't redistribute the asset itself
