I wanted to create an eyeliner look that had dimension to it and blue eyeshadow. I used the Blacktrack gel eyeliner from MAC Cosmetics to create my first wing, and then used the shade Mad About U from Colourpop's Blue Moon eyeshadow palette to create a second winged liner on my lid. I connected the look under my eyes with Mad About U again and used a black eyeshadow ontop.
