The Monster Protection Society not being able to clearly say they're 100% “justice” really fits this story I'm ngl. And tbh, it felt good to see Red’s actions finally come out, but now the Association is gaining momentum and turning into a troublesome third group… It's really starting to feel like a chaotic world with no clear good or evil. What sucks is that this gave the Sentai side a reason to call the people who criticized them “evil.”

Anyways, that transformation scene and the gore level this episode were really something else.

The thing is that mister doesn’t know he’s actually talking with a monster while going on and on about monster protection this and monster protection that. It’s kinda happening a bit late if you ask me though, I mean the rangers were always more than just suspicious right? I’m just glad the people have started seeing them with a sense of doubt too. Btw, Usukubo’s dad being a huge monster fan wasn’t something I was expecting, given how seriously he was pitching everything. But yeah, makes sense why he’s leading this movement lol.

Pacing isn’t getting slow, and I think it won’t as well, which is unfortunate, because I think this season is actually getting a bit better now with this conflict and how people have started doubting the dragon keepers. Really, I mean, people getting to see the true colours of the red keeper he tried to hide all along was so satisfying lol. I’d have said monster protection society people were a better choice, but yeah they’ve rather outrageous ideas. Rangers going to come again and make an impression.. In fact they did, seriously lol.

Holy shit man this was a roller coaster. Both the monster protection society and the rangers are two sides of the same coin, both evil as shit and manipulate people for their own gain. We had the Rangers at all time low popularity, and these dumbasses go and ruin it so now they’ll have a chance to save everyone and become popular again 😭

Lmao at D being totally onboard with Yakushi plan until he started talking about getting rid of humanity. Notice how Hisui can’t fight back against the protection society members until she finds out their monster pawns because of what her senpai taught her all those years ago 😢 it’s sweet how she’s still following her senpai all these years later.

Yakushi being in middle school 20 years ago and having a kid Angel’s age should’ve been an indication that something ain’t right with buddy, Angel’s reveal that she’s half monster later in the episode confirms it.

The meeting live stream was such a good scene. Really went back and forth, the monster protection society looked bad when Yakushi being a former cultist was revealed, then Red losing his temper and ripping Yakushi’s arm off live on stream killed the rangers’ sponsorships and image.. but SOMEHOW they’re gonna still be the good guys to the public because they’ll stop Hwalipon lol. Fuck everyone in this show besides D’s faction and Hisui fr

OH SHIT REAL SAKURAMA IS WITH HISUI!! D’s cover is done lol.

Humanity deserves a better alternative to all this.

In the beginning, even I agreed with what Angel's father Yakushi was saying, but after Sentouin D and Hisui started to leave the place, he began to give off that bad personality vibe. Still, because of what he wanted to achieve and his love for monsters, my hope for him being a good person remained.

It was really interesting to learn that Daidai and the others had Replica Divine Artifacts, and later, when what seemed like a boss monster came to assist Yakushi, it raised my suspicion that he might be colluding with monsters.

Amid all this chaos, I can say that Angel does care for Sentouin D. When Hisui was being pummeled by whatever that monster was, Sentouin D stepped forward with an urge for it to stop, showing his care for her.

I'm confused about what's going on with Red Keeper Akabane. How is he still alive? But one good thing did come out of all this, and that's his true nature finally being exposed to the world.

Sentouin XX locks Hibiki in the cell in order to save him, as he also shares the same desire for humans and monsters to coexist like her. But since he refused to leave the Monster Protection Society grounds after she asked him to, she locked him up. It just so happens that it was the same cell Hisui was locked in. I'm certain that Hisui knows the real identity of Sentouin D, and it will soon be confirmed to us.

So you're telling me my Angel is half monster? That's alright with me, she's still a goddess to me. But then, who’s her mother? Or should I ask how that even happened, and how is she so grown up?

This was really unexpected, but damn, now humanity is truly doomed and will be turned into monsters, as the true face of the Monster Protection Society was revealed, and it's an ugly one. And in the end, we see that the Dragon Keepers are here to save the day?!

Gah damn, how things escalated this episode. The rangers thought they were one step ahead but got outplayed instead. They really just drop Yellows identity just like that.

Red somehow is alive when he shouldve stayed dead otherwise it wouldnt have went south. Also interesting the tokusatsu were all fictional and ended up reality.

red is still the most mysterious.. I doubt he is even human. Usukubo.. is she really that corrupt or was she brainwashed again? its hinted that her "father" backstory timeline doesn't add up. Going this far, being brainwash is the only way to redeem her as good character again. I guess Hisui knows about fighter D by now? or green never told her.

8:40 wow, that instant attitude change 🤣 unexpected, but I was curious to see if D would reveal his true form to them

Usukubo’s father, Yakushi, is voiced by Hiroshi Kamiya who also voiced Levi from Attack on Titan 🤣 not the exact same smug voice, but still recognizable

11:40 the Red Ranger lost his voice? 🤔

14:40 wow, all the Rangers took off their masks 😮

15:15 so the Red Ranger indeed is still alive

16:05 oh holy shit things just escalated 😯🫢

16:30 HWALIPON!!! 😯 he got him good

I wonder if the real Sakurama and D will meet again soon 👀 and if Hisui will realize

Oh crap that ending. Damn they really corrupt after all. And the Rangers were ready for them 😮

D glazing Monster Protection Society while Yakushi was telling his plan was golden lol. But I knew something was up. No way someone this benevolent would exist in a world like that. He was either being manipulative or he had some other goal in mind. But out of all things, I didn't expect him to be a Tokusatsu and monster fan. Or that he didn't know who D was. But my suspicions were correct. Dude didn't have a normal childhood which gave him messed up life goals: turning all humans into monsters.

I did think Yakushi looked too young to be Angel's father. Maybe he banged a monster, which gave birth to a child who aged rapidly.

What, Red is alive after all? No way. How the hell did he survive? Anyway, the meeting looked like it'd end in the Ranger's favor but of course, Hwalipon who was disguised as a ranger came outta nowhere and broadcast Red's crashout. Ig that explains why he still wasn't caught. But ultimately it's a shame cause Monster Protection Society had a noble goal and they almost won against the Rangers but they had to fuck it up right at the end with the goal of turning people into monsters.

Hisui fought a new boss monster. It looked like it had all the abilities of all the characters from Undead Unluck lol. The real Sakurama got locked in the same room as Hisui. If she didn't already know who D was from Chidori then now there's no way she wouldn't know.

It's a shame that those asshole Rangers will be the heroes after that debacle. The ending of this episode was bonkers. Can't wait to see what happens next.

Marvelous episode. I can't believe the Ranger Force has finally been exposed to the public. But as soon as that happens, instead of the Monster Protection Society using it to their advantage to gain political power, they literally commit genocide on live television? Unbelievable.

I love this anime because of how exciting and funny it is, but at the same time, I often find myself seriously questioning the characters' intelligence. I have no idea how either side is going to handle the situation, but I'm curious to see who humanity will side with now that both have proven to be malicious, haha.

I am so confused. Idk if they are skipping chapters or the manga is just that fast paced. It's hard to process.

My worry for Uskubo was right. Kinda suspected but Yakushi to be some kind of monster and Uskubo half due do eye colours.

Despite the disadvantage Hisui give those clowns a good beatdown. She didn't lift a finger until they showed their intentions. Atleast I can safely root for my other waifu. To associate Uskubo with this bunch is a shame. This episode lowered her standing. Her father is still enigma with his past. Fanboying for D was kidna weird.

I think the "meeting" with Dragon keepers and the monster cult happend way to suddenly and fast. Showing off their beauty was nice tactic and almost worked until Red snapped at snapped Yakushi. As expected dude isn't dead. But that was great plan from them. Even Hisui was happy to see Red getting exposed lol. Everyone hates him rightfully and his frase is over?

Hisui and real Sakurama huh. Forgot he actually saved and gave refugee to XX before D. I think Hisui already knows but if not it reveals it now.

The end was very natural to any shaddy cult. Transformation was brutal. Some idiot actually said "save dragon keeper" even dying with hypocrisy lol.
Well Dragon keepers have another chance to one up them and become heroes again.

The back and forth is really interesting but in the end both sides are lowest of low in similar way.

Have to say pacing was too fast. It wasn't a issue previously but today it was clear. Really enjoying it hopefully the adaptation doesn't ruin it just to cover it fast.

This is blowing my mind… The Dragon Keepers seemed to have won their argument against the Protector Society when they removed their masks (and seriously, Red is alive—how?!), but Yakushi completely flipped the situation by exposing Red’s true nature.

It backfired on the fools who trusted a nervous madman like Yakushi. So the kaiju are failed attempts to create to be invaders Does that mean the squadron initially intended to create invaders since they were the ones who created the kaiju in the first place And how is Yakushi supposed to be Angel's father when they look the same age? Also, he mentioned seeing the Dragon Keepers 20 years ago, but the invaders hadn't arrived yet. That's really weird.

I also wonder if Hisui has realized that Sakurama is actually an invader, since the real Sakurama was imprisoned in the same place as her.

Things have gotten a lot more intense. Oddly enough, Red and the Dragon Keepers are needed to stop the Protector Society. And for D, this is even better: he wants to defeat them in combat, not just strip them of their sponsors.

D beating himself up over the fact he had a million chances to kill the Pink Keeper all along is hilarious. Still, kinda surprised we got Yellow's unmasking this season too.

Can't wait to see what kind of conversation Hisui and the real Sakurama are going to have, and if she even knows D's been disguised as him all along.

Nah it's an anime issue. They're stacking too much stuff, the manga is definitely slower which helps a lot. For example D stabbing red in the previous episode has an epic narration and the scene is supposed to be a massive climax in the manga, in the anime it doesn't feel like it's AS BIG as it should.

The issue is that they're trying to stack Magatia arc (which also has a lot of cut content iirc, 19 chapters) + Green ranger arc (8 chapters) + Monster Zoo arc (4 chapters) + the current anime arc (43 fucking chapters) in a 12 episodes season and the manga has its fair share of dialogues and already stacks a lot of multiple plotlines (ex : when Shion tells that Red is trying to catch a spy in the green team it was already introduced and important during the restaurant scene 1 or 2 episodes ago, basically the anime makes it comes out of nowhere).

Basically i'm enjoying myself because i really loved reading the manga and can handle the quick reveals but if you didn't read then this definitely ain't the best way to discover the story imo. Also Negi Haruba is an excellent mangaka, imo it's worth checking out if you already like the anime

@Kracko3D Considering the anime adaptation likely won't continue after season 2, I was definitely planning tk check out the manga, but now I'll probably just restart from the beginning instead of where season 2 will end. Because yeah Negi is indeed great! I loved reading Quintuplets a while ago, and it was funny to find out the same person wrote something so totally different such as this (only really noticable by the female character designs lol). This story is definitely still gonna be flawed in the manga at times but it's for sure a super fresh little idea that I want to see continue

@Rixuel They still say transform and everything when they "transform" (change), but that's just to match the sentai theme since Red is a huge chuunibyou. That's also why Red was half naked when D stabbed him after the zoo, he was changing out of his Dragon Keeper suit

@Kracko3D That really makes me want to read the manga, because sometimes the paces is really fast and it feels like they are skipping content that is important for the story to be complete and fully connected. 43 chapters is enough for a whole season or more. Still better than turning 9 volumes into 11 episodes like in No.6 though. XD

It sort of feels like they keep having twists for the sake of twists. I really like this show's core concept but a couple of times this season they really feel like they bungled it.

This was so fast pace, I don't like it that much but for a show that's not doing that popular I do like how far of the story we are in now. Crazy stuff.

I both love and hate how many mysteries this show layers on. This episode we added kaiju serum, Usukubo's questionable father. Usukubo being half monster, Red being alive, the connection between the rangers and the original TV show, and probably stuff I'm forgetting, and we sure as hell haven't answered that many. You gotta have some answers too sometimes, but for now I'm still having a blast.
