What can I expect from Monet: The Immersive Experience? Discover a new way to enjoy the works of Claude Monet and immerse yourself in the artist's masterpieces at this 360-degree, digital show. Expect digital displays, sound effects, projection mapping and much more!
Where is the experience located? The venue will be at 12151 W Broad St, Henrico, VA 23233
Does the exhibition take place in an indoor or outdoor venue? The exhibition is held indoors in an air-conditioned venue.
How long does the experience last? For you to have an estimate, people usually spend 60 to 90 minutes on this experience.
Will there be merchandise for sale? Yes, there will be merchandise for sale at the shop.
Will food and beverage be available on site for purchase? You will be able to purchase grab-and-go snacks and soft drinks at the venue.
Is there parking available? There is free parking available at our venue.
Will there be additional sessions? Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee there will be extra dates. Please refer to the experience page for updated information on availability, as those are the confirmed dates and timings.
Is there Virtual Reality? This experience has the option to enjoy virtual reality; please check if your ticket includes it.

ACCESS TO EVENT

Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session? It is recommended that you arrive within the time stated on your ticket, but you can arrive within the next 10 minutes.
What happens if I arrive late? Your ticket will still be valid, but you may be required to wait until there is space in the following times slots.
Can I bring animals? Are service dogs allowed? Unfortunately, no pets are allowed in this event’s location, though we do welcome service animals.
What are the prohibited items at the experience? Flash photography, alcohol, and anything which may disturb the other patrons.
Will restrooms be available on site? Yes, there will be restrooms available on site.
Is the venue accessible? Yes, the event is being held in an accessible venue. There are no wheelchairs available for rent.
Do you offer caretaker tickets?

Guests requiring assistance throughout this experience are entitled to apply for one free pass for their personal assistant/support worker. 

For this experience, simply show proof of needing a carer ticket at the entrance and the carer will be allowed in for free.

Is the experience accessible for deaf/visually impaired people? Deaf people will be able to enjoy this experience as it is mostly visual; however, we do not recommend this event for visually impaired people.
Will there be strobe lights? This event won't include strobe lights.
Are there chairs available? Can I be seated during the experience/exhibition? This is a walk-through experience, but if you need a little rest, you will be able to find some seats for you to have a break.
Can I take photos or record the experience? Feel free to take photos and share them. When taking photos, please make sure not to disturb other customers. Professional equipment and tripods are not permitted.
Is there a Lost & Found? We would recommend to ask the staff at the venue if they have found your belongings. If you cannot ask them on site, please contact us.
Is a coat check available? This venue has a coat check—please ask our staff on site for indications.
Is there an age requirement? All ages are welcome to this experience and the space is accessible for prams/strollers. Kids under 4 years old will be allowed in for free.
Will there be an audio guide? Unfortunately, this experience does not include an audio guide.

Where can I get tickets?
What are the official sellers for this experience? Official tickets for Monet: The Immersive Experience in Richmond can only be purchased on Fever.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person? Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It is as easy as clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever App. Please contact us if you need additional help. Make sure to include your ticket order number.
Do I need to print my ticket? You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Please remember to log in with the same login method used to make the purchase. You will also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I purchase tickets at the door? We will have a box office on site. However, tickets may be sold out by the time you arrive at the event, so we highly recommend you book your tickets in advance in order to guarantee your spot. You can purchase tickets in the Fever App or on the Fever website.
I can't find my ticket. What should I do? You can view your ticket in the Fever app, within the Tickets section. If you don't have the app installed, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please contact us.
Can I change the date of my ticket? Are refunds allowed? This experience allows date changes up to 48 hours in advance. If you would like to make the change, please contact us and include the ticket ID associated with your purchase. One of our agents will respond to your request as soon as possible, informing you of the next steps to follow. No refunds are permitted under any circumstances. For more information, you can consult our T&C.
Can I make a group booking? For groups under 25 people, you can buy your tickets directly through the main page (select the “Group Bundle” option when choosing your ticket type). For special requests or groups over 25, please fill the groups form.
