The staff could not have been friendlier, and the whole place was super clean. The best aspects were the location in the heart of the city, yet on a quiet street, and the cosy at home feeling. We could easily walk to Oxford St and Soho, and the hotel was in a smart dining area. The beds were excellent and the linen was of high quality. We didn't try the breakfast, but the menu options seemed limited. it was a fantastic experience with nothing we didn't like to be fair.

We absolutely loved staying at this luxurious 4-star hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, from the moment we arrived. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a beautiful bathroom that had a full soaker tub and a big shower. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the air conditioning made the room nice and cool. We appreciated the little extras, like the fruit, biscuits, and water/tea/coffee that were provided. The hotel is in a great location, with plenty of excellent restaurants nearby. We cannot wait to stay here again!

Great location, friendly staff, clean rooms, good toiletries, and nice coffee facilities. Small issue with bathroom odor, but housekeeping resolved it promptly. Breakfast was enjoyable. No elevator, but overall a pleasant stay.

The room was quiet and had a comfortable bed and television. The breakfast was fantastic, with a wide variety of delicious options. I had a satisfying and enjoyable stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

This boutique hotel is situated in a prime location, close to everything we needed to get to in London. It was just a short distance from all the famous tourist attractions and the bustling city center. The room was comfortable and well-appointed, providing a cozy atmosphere for a good night's sleep. The bathroom was functional, although compact for longer stays. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, always going out of their way to assist us. the breakfast offered a tasty selection to start our day off right.
The neighborhood lacked interesting cafes, bars, and restaurants compared to livelier areas like Soho.
