The location of the hotel was excellent, situated in a quiet and leafy square close to all the shops, tube stations, and trains. It was very convenient to explore the city from there. The breakfast served at the hotel was simple but enjoyable, with good quality ingredients. It was a great way to start the day before heading out to explore. the staff was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

We had to request to be moved to a different room on the other side of the building to have a quieter stay. Another downside was the lack of amenities in the room, as there was no refrigerator available.

I had the most amazing birthday celebration at Mentone! They upgraded my room, reserved a table for breakfast, and even decorated it for me. The customer service was great. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the train station. The views from rooms 5 & 8 were fine. The room wasvery comfy and tidy, with a cozy duvet. The breakfast had a good variety. I had a great stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.
