A wonderful example of what disco can be when the sound palette can include anything. Synthesizers meet strings and woodwind meet cut-up breaks meet broken glass and crickets. spacefinnerfan
Fossora completes what Biophilia started, transforming a personal journey into a universal one. I really think this is the most selfless record she has ever made, her voice being "just" one piece of the whole sonic puzzle - neither more nor less important than the rest. Fossora sounds both like an antidote to narcissism and an ode to the interconnectedness of all beings living in the universe, perhaps in a more cohesive way if compared to Biophilia, which in my view already was a masterpiece. lunadonna
because Drew Daniel is a stone cold genius and watching his experimentation and progression is inspiring, but more importantly it brings great earthly pleasure to listen deeply and often. adamdugas
