A curated record of disputed vulnerabilities, with a hall of fame that names and shames reporters that nevertheless proceeded to get CVE numbers assigned, would actually be pretty interesting.

Hmmm - and it would give some push-back against regulators to be able to say "this CVE appears to be spam".

I know, we in the MV community had a surprise some months back when a CVE was filed against UniData. Just the one, in what appeared to be a drive-by fuzzing attack.
