Not sure if there is an archive, but there have been many substantive discussions already.

GENIVI is releasing its code as fast as limited support staff can manage. What about the code for the Google self-driving cars? Meanwhile, we could always take refuge in existing open source HW and SW. Check out this amazing U. Sherbrooke project:
