Per their website, oVirt doesn't support management of Xen nodes, which is a deal breaker for us. They've been claiming that Xen support is coming for some time now.

Virt-manager won't act a a single interface to multiple Dom0 nodes, so no goodies like drag-and-drop live migration or provisioning across a pool of machines.

We just got started with ConVirt, but so far, it's brilliant.
