OpenSSH bug falls through the cracks

Presumably.. although it seems that there's mostly a non-story here: the belief and intention
of the parties involved was that the bug had been forwarded upstream, so besides the actual
unintentional miscommunication at some point along the line, everyone tried to do the right
thing.

The original submitter gave it "Tags: security", so I think it was classified correctly.
