set your ACCEPT_KEYWORDS to "x86 ~x86"

That works pretty well on x86 but not so well on some of the other archs. AMD64 is getting very close to being able to use the "~amd64" keyword globally but there may still be some corner cases. I fear that some of the other archs are a bit farther behind but your milage may vary.
