Removed Comment Back in 2016 or so, Anthony Weiner's laptop had a bunch of illegal porn on it, but it also had a file on it called "Insurance Policy." In it was a video of Killery Clinton and Huma Abedin (Weiner's girlfriend) tying a 5-year-old girl down on a table and cutting her face off while she was still alive. The FBI took the laptop from the NYPD and said it was horrifying and would be released in three days. I remember the events clearly, as I was following it closely at the time. They didn't, and it was never mentioned again. The FBI has deep-holed many things, like this case, over the last two and a half decades. The internet has been largely scrubbed, with false "debunking" sites popping up everywhere to muddy the issues so badly that it's difficult to research them. Anyway, the "art" of that girl popped up afterward, and Ellen Degenerate is one of the Hollywood elites that wore the image of that girl's mutilated face on her hoodie. You should probably try to cut back on the substance abuse. Anyway, people don't tend to invest locally. That's not how investment usually works unless you spent decades learning how to invest, instead of learning how to be a celeb/influencer. The smart ones stick their money in index funds, the ones that think they're smart stick their money in crypto, and most spend themselves into the poorhouse, with more debt than they started with before they made millions. If you are looking for seed capital to open a laundromat or something you'll want to find a bank or investment firm to pitch your business idea to, not the kid on the corner who makes more money taking pictures of his lunch than you've made in your whole life. I'd recommend some remedial English lessons before the pitch meeting though. In answer to question: because people do not do well with sudden increase in net worth and quickly adjust to a higher lifestyle than they can afford. Why don’t they invest in a local store? Because the rate of local small business failure is dismally high. That’s why banks exist - at the most simple, you lend them money, and they lend it out, and pay you a bit of the profits they make.
