Right now itās weak so I suggest starting with a mild bulk of 250 excess calories per day with a modest routine of 4 days a week to see where itās at. Pivoting to 500-1000 caloric surplus if itās really underweight and up to 6 days a week if theyāre willing is a great spot to be in after a few weeks in the initial phase. I recommend starting with a PPL routine and definitely avoid letting itself set its own since itās inexperienced, but ultimately pivoting to a less volume focused one and more growth focused (for at least the main exercises), would be great.
