3 years ago	mod	Removed Comment Ahhh I see. I misinterpreted your comment. I thought farmers market was the slur and wet markets was what people were calling them now. Never heard of that before. But I also ignored at lot of the stupid shit people were saying over covid got rid of Facebook before it happened and really only get my news from a couple specific sources that I trust. 3 years ago	mod	Removed Comment Farmers markets are wet markets. Same thing, different word. US media during the "China virus" news cycles constantly reinforced this idea that the Chinese are unhealthy and barbaric because they buy foods from wet markets where live bats are slaughtered and viruses can get transmitted. 3 years ago	mod	Removed Comment Fresh garlic meaning recently harvested summer (green) garlic? Or fresh garlic meaning heads you just bought at the grocery store? I have never frozen garlic in my entire life. I refrigerate green garlic when I get some at the farmers market (a.k.a. wet market for all you sinophobes).
