Mind the Realm is a strategic kingdom-management game about control, vigilance, and restraint.

You don’t rule by doing everything — you rule by deciding what is allowed to function.

About the Game

Build your kingdom tile by tile while surviving increasingly dangerous enemy waves.

Each structure you place competes for attention and resources.
Not everything can operate at once — and choosing what stays active is just as important as choosing what to build.

Your task is not just to expand, but to maintain balance.

Will you prioritize food, soldiers, walls… or healing?
Every decision has consequences.

• Card-based building system
  Choose new structures between waves and expand your realm strategically.

• Active / Inactive management
  Only some buildings can operate at a time — control is power.

• Resource-driven decisions
  Food, stone, iron, gold — mismanage them and your kingdom collapses.

• Wave-based enemy assaults
  Each wave forces you to adapt your strategy.

• Castle defense focus
  If the castle falls, the realm is lost.

How to Play

• Survive enemy waves

• Choose new cards between rounds

• Construct new structures in the board

• Activate or deactivate buildings strategically

• Protect the castle at all costs

AI-Only Development Challenge

This project was developed under a strict creative constraint:

Mind the Realm was created entirely using Artificial Intelligence.
All code, systems, visuals, balance iterations, and written content were generated exclusively through AI, guided only by high-level prompts and direction.
No manual coding, asset creation, or traditional development pipeline was used.
