This game, Angelic XP Trip, was created for the Game-like Jam #004 (July 1st to July 31st, placed #3 overall). The theme of the Jam was to create a game like SkiFree, a game commonly pre-installed on Windows 3.0 computers.

My best distance was 650, level 1

Cool style! Found it a little hard to steer, but that may be because I am bad at it lol. Love the parallax background!!

Thank you. Practice makes progress, remember :p

It's quite trippy, I like the card skills although it's hard to get them, and I'm not sure if the eyes are supposed to do anything?

(1 edit)

The eyes on the ground were going to have an effect in the beginning but I ended up scrapping it. The tarot card portals are rarer because I didn't want players to abuse them. Hope you enjoyed!

I loved the trippines slider, even though it was still tryppy when in 0. I had a lot of fun wiht this one. feels  a lot like the original

Glad you had fun. I suppose I could have made the trippy slider affect more than the background, maybe the intensity of the colors.
