absolutely amazing idea for a first gamejam game and perfect execution too :)

Developer(+1)

Thanks! I need to be happy after watching shovel play a horror game so thanks!

Submitted

Brilliant stuff! I've already rated this, but I'd really appreciate your review of my entry!

Developer

OK! I will give it a try!

Submitted

It was really, really fun. Saw the game on the stream. The ability to draw (and hide) paths at will to solve the level is absolutely brilliant. That hand-drawn look is really cool

Nice job!

Developer(+1)

Thanks you!!! I had a grate time making it!

Submitted

Super cool mechanics! I really liked the direction you took your game in. The post it note idea is really creative and how you can cover up existing obstacles. Great game, it was fun playing!

Developer

Thanks you so mutch!!!

Submitted

I saw this on the shovel stream and I HAD to play it!

Genious idea and gameplay mechanics! Would love to see this fleshed out more!

Developer(+1)

Thank You!! I'm probably going to finish up this game and release it on steam when its done!

Submitted

DO IT!! 💪💪💪✨✨

Submitted

Very fun game, with a very interesting puzzle mechanic! I can hardly imagine the possible puzzles you could come up with if this were expanded into a full project. Bravo!

Developer

Thank you!!! I will definitely finish up my game when the jam is over!

Submitted

game doesn't start help me out!

it's just a white screen followed by a black screen for me

Developer

Developer

huh I've never need that before...

It must be a problem with the Turbowarp packager. I will do more research on a way to fix the problem.

Every time I get stuck I just yell "Fricken Jeff!!" I love this game, the drawing mechanic and sticky notes is awsome. I found it really funny that you can walk on and bump into the words too XD

Developer(+1)

Lol Thank You! I Happy You love my game!

Submitted

This is such a clever mechanic, and the levels and puzzles were fun to solve! My only wish is for there to be a way to reset the drawing on the same screen that you draw, or a way to move the sticky note after placing it somewhere so I wouldn't have to draw the same lines again. Other than that, really cool game!

Developer

Thank you!!! I added a reset note button in level 11 if that's what you are asking.

Submitted

What I meant was, if I mess up while drawing on the sticky note (which I did a lot haha), I would have to click the arrow to go back to the level screen, where the reset button is. It would have been nice if there was also a reset button on the drawing screen to make resetting a bit more convenient. It's not a major issue or anything though, your game was really fun!

Developer

Oh I see, yea I ran out of time.

Really satisfying to play with these sfx! Also loved  the concept and execution! + bonus points for being part of the jeff multiverse.

Developer

Thank you! I worked really hard on the sfx and also had a hole month to think of an idea!

Submitted

Wow super impressive for a first game jam! really love the post it mechanic!
With proper music and SFX this game would be a banger in the early 2000s with "fancy pants" flash games LMAO
really love what you went with here, as a fellow newbie, great job! ✨

Sidenote(is this meant to be the end? cause I swear I've jump high enough to get there and it felt like there was barrier + the platforms disappearing with the door felt unintended, just wanted a clarification)

Developer (2 edits) (+1)

Thank you so Much!!! the game dose have sound effects but the reason I didn't add music is because I don't know how to make music but I'm So happy people like my game!

also to pass that level you need to make platforms from the ground because the platforms move down with the door

Most creative game I've tried yet, super innovative gameplay. Would love to see this more fleshed out. Not sure how it ties in with the theme exactly but the concept is really clever and the fact that you got this working in such a short time as a new jam dev is really impressive. I always felt Drawn to Life was a wasted opportunity at the whole "you draw assets of the level" idea by how it never really uses it practically, only decoratively. This is playing it the exact opposite way and I'm 100% for it. Love this submission

Developer

Thank you! I think the biggest this is I have made games before I just don't upload stuff often and I also want to Finnish up my game and release it on steam or something

also theme yes cos you start art yes

Submitted

INSANE idea! Neeeeed to see this idea developed on more, it's such a clever idea and what you've done for the jam is impressive. Love it!!!

Developer(+1)

Thank you so match!!! I will probably finish up the game and put it on steam of something!

Submitted

The post-it Idea is GENIUS, how did you even code that!

Developer(+3)

Thank you! I will probably be making a video on this game to explain everything.

Submitted

Developer(+1)

I will post on YouTube my channel is JUMPY_NEB

Submitted

don't worry, I find programming fun by itself, I just want to understand your magic !

Developer

Ok, Cool! Thanks!

Submitted

It's super fun, I liked it, I absolutely love the look of the game reminded me of an old Miniclip game I used to play.

Also if you would play and rate my game I would be very grateful, I love feedback

Developer

Thank you! If you don't mind what Miniclip game are you talking about? if you remember.

Also I trayed your game! and left the best feedback I could (not vary good at giving feedback)

Submitted

I don't remember the name but I think it was a game with a stick man with orange shorts or something, I'll see if I find out it is

Developer

was it "Super Fancy Pants Adventure"?

and I did play and rate you game!

Submitted (1 edit)

Yoooo exactly, for some reason playing this reminded me of that, I really think this game has potential

Oh and thank you so much for the feedback on my game

Developer

Your Welcome

Submitted

Great game! Tricky at times but really fun.

Developer

Thanks! The man Idea of this game was really hard to design levels for so that's probably why.

Submitted

This game is amazing! I have no idea how you did this, but I absolutely love it!

The art style on the sheet of paper and then adding the self drawn post it to help out is such a great idea.

You've done an incredible job! Well done!

Developer(+1)

Oh my gosh! Thank you! I Loved putting this together! And I'm happy you liked it!

Submitted

Really good! I'm actually having a fun time playing this

Developer(+1)

That's Good to hear! Glad you enjoyed it!

Submitted

Very cretive mechanics. Art style is great (reminds me "draw a stickman" in a good way). I would love to see you improve the game further.

Developer

Thank you! I'm glad you liked it!

Also Thanks for telling me about a new game I now need to play!
