Unfortunately this game was made before the game jam was even opened up 9 days ago (uploaded to itch.io 12 days ago with no updates since then). Looks like a poor attempt at promoting their text-based game by just signing up for random game jams and submitting it. I can only give 1 star for each category for this.
Definitely looks like that.
