The music was a bit loud. I was also able to cheat a bit by spamming the turn button before reaching the corner. Other than that it is a fun puzzle especially when utilizing the loop edge of the levels :)

Love it! Didn't even rage-quit until level 04!

Haha, yes, level 4 is difficult :)
Thank you for playing!

Great puzzle game, an interesting mash up of two ideas.

You had a lot of really clever map layouts that took me a bit to get through but they weren't so incredibly difficult that it felt impossible.

Felt really good finishing level 13 which was a real doozy.

Great work.

I'm so happy to know someone passed 13!

Well done!

This was a lot of fun. I would not have thought of making a game inspired by a combination of Pac Man and Snake. You blended the games in a way that made it feel new and unique, while still allowing the inspiration to shine through.

I wasn’t sure what I thought of being able to push a direction button in advance, so your snake would turn when you reached an intersection at first, but it grew on me. It gave a little more space to plan without needing to move quite as quickly all the time.

The level progression felt good. I liked that some of the levels had a more maze-like feel to them, while others felt a little more open while still requiring planning. There were a few levels I really had to stop and think to solve, and some where I had to take a step back to make sure I didn’t lock myself into only looking at it in one way. It felt good when I solved a level, as the solutions always made sense even if it took me a bit to get there.

Thank you for playing and for the detailed review!
We are trying to learn how to design a good puzzle experience, it's heart warming to see someone playing the game in depth.

Really interesting idea with a lot more depth than you would expect at first!

Levels are well made, appriciate the work! I don't think the theme fits "very" well but i understand the purpose. Great work!

Thanks!

I love the idea of combining the mechanics of two classic games and making a puzzle game out of them. New ways of using old mechanics is chefs kiss game design.

Developer

Thank you :)

I like the idea of bashing together two classic games.
I would have loved if it had the option to type in a code to continue from a previous level. For those of us who don't have the patience to finish a game in one sitting.

Good Idea,
For now you can press J to skip levels

Fun gameplay concept

Thanks!

This made for a fun little puzzle game. It ended up feeling more like a sokoban trying to figure out the correct path through the maze, which is an unexpected result from the two source games.

Thank you for playing, glad to hear you enjoyed it!
