Feedback from an anonymous playtester:

For Spirit of Light, I would like to commend the team for the beautiful visuals they created in such a short time. I love how the world is revealed by the mechanic and the animation reminds me a lot of sky cotl. I have one critique though, because we use the same mechanic throughout the three levels, it became repetitive and too slow. Still, I enjoyed the story and everything worked flawlessly without any bugs. I like the attention to detail of the animals stopping if the environment wasn't revealed yet. Overall great work!

It's a bit eccentric and hard to understand, but the concepts are really interesting!

I thought the swap mechanic was pretty interesting but I got stuck during the 2nd portion where you first collect stars/do combat. There were no stars and nothing else to fight and nothing else happening.

Didn't know how to progress before a bit of a walk through guide. The walk through advantage is nice, but it would be better if the game itself has clear instructions. The character movement is good, but they fall too slow sometimes. The combat is easy enough.

Overall, good looking game, not too challenging.

The art style is really cute and definitely catches the eye! Just a small suggestion: it might be good to further polish the movement and jumping feel, and make the interactions a bit clearer!

Yo, I loved this one. Simple, fun, good art, I would just suggest some kind of visual cue to the things you have to catch with each one so one does not get lost sometimes. Overall, great concept!

cute game!! the controls are a lil disorientating (i kept hitting space to jump and then just would swap which took me a bit to get used to), but i like the concept a lot, just took me awhile to get a hang of the gameplay haha

A very cozy game, hope you could have to add more core gameplay for it!
