Having class jobs in a classroom is a really good way to help learn responsibility! This helps with relationships bewteen the teacher and student as they help around the room and also creates good classroom managment!The jobs can also be fun so the kids look foward and dont dread their class jobs each week! Each week the job will be rotated giving each kid a chance to perform each job!
