Save this reel and grab a stability ball to give it a try. If you don’t have a stability ball, get creative! Try a big pillow of one of your kids play balls. 💨 your breath is the magic for this move. To really get the most out of this move ✨exhale as you reach away ✨move slow and controlled ✨don’t let your back arch off ✨ keep a gentle squeeze as you reach away (your not trying to squeeze hard enough to pop the ball, but enough to know it’s there)
