I always get my chia seeds from Myvegan - code AMELIA for discount  Lunch: Tofu Gyros, loaded with a homemade herb yogurt, lots of veggies and fried tofu 🥙  Snack: I had a Myvegan wafer protein bar ready for each day  Dinner: a super easy and nutrient loaded tray bake, with potato’s, roasted veg and a herby green dressing.
