Behind the Neck Pulldown...

Sorry I said behind the neck press, but don’t do that exercise either😂

Most people just simply don’t have the necessary range of motion to perform the behind the Neck pulldown properly. 

The line of pull when you bring the bar behind your neck is not optimal. 

This exercise is inferior to many other BETTER alternatives. 

Instead, just do the standard lat pulldown which will allow you to load it better, do more weight, and more range of motion.
