How to target the different areas of your triceps🔥

In general, when your arms are by your side (close grip bench, rope pushdown, triceps kickbacks) you will targeting more of your lateral head. 

When your arms are overhead and the triceps are stretched, this will target more of the long head of the triceps (db overhead extension, overhead cable extension, incline bench skullcrusher)
