Looking back on 2023 - This was probably THE toughest year I've experienced so far in life. I'd moved halfway across the country and 5 months later moved back to the east coast. I felt disconnected, unmotivated, unhappy, and not myself. The biggest part that was missing was that I wasn't dancing.
