American Girl/18" doll hangers made using cheap 10/$1 hangers from Target. Snip using pliers and then smooth rough edges using a lighter. Hot glue an alligator clip on hanger to allow pairing outfits.

These American Girl Doll Curtains are very easy to make. The Curtains are very inexpensive. They are also fun to put together with little ones!

Diy doll fireplace. I made this from a cheap 4x6 picture frame and a bag of landscapes for rocks. (I needed the rocks and they happen to be the size I wanted for this project) I cut the frame to the size I wanted and used tacky glue to place the rocks. I used a jumbo popsicle stick as the fireplace mantle.
