80g brown sugar
60g white sugar
1 egg
1/2 tsp vanilla
200g plain flour
1 tsp cornstarch
1/2 tsp bicarb
1/2 tsp baking powder
100-200g white choc
100-200g milk choc
100g dark choc
100g finely chopped pistachios
