H.L. Melodic Death Metal was one of my favourite styles in the 90s, but today, there are only few thrilling bands left. HIRAES is one of the most exciting and dynamic modern representatives. Sure, often I think at Arch Enemy (female vocals), early In Flames or AMon Amarth (several guitar passages), but who cares about originality when the result "Dormant" is so powerful, catchy and inspired. No weak tracks, a lot of variation and many anthems I really want to see and hear live! Check "We owe no one"! Favorite track: We Owe No One.
