We had a fantastic stay with very nice river views. The lobby and common areas were fine, offering sweeping views of the Rhine. The hotel is centrally located, within walking distance to the shopping market and with a tram stop conveniently located nearby. The staff were really good, providing high standards of service and being helpful throughout our stay. the Brasserie at the hotel offered delicious meals and breakfast with great views of the river.

This hotel radiates style, sophistication and luxury from the grand public space to the elegant rooms. the decor is carefully thought out, with a beautiful view to match. the service was impeccable and the staff always went out of their way to make sure all needs were met. the private facilities offered exclusive amenities that are suitable for the most discerning of travelers. the continental breakfast exceeded expectations, with a lovely selection. the restaurant presented a menu that was diverse and delicious. the packed lunches were perfect for grabbing on the go.
Although the packed lunches were an excellent option, a slightly lower price point would be appreciated.

The rich wood tones and period antiques added to the charm of the room. The hotel staff were pretty good too assist us when my wife found two antique chairs and they even helped dry them off. The lobby and common areas were gorgeous and had sweeping views of the river. We also enjoyed a fabulous dining experience at the Brasserie, with dreamy views of the river during breakfast.

Located right on the Rhine River, this hotel is conveniently situated just off the tram stop, making it easily accessible. The rooms offer a cozy and warm atmosphere, with sumptuous bed linen and breathtaking historic touches. The service is stellar, and the staff is always helpful. Guests can enjoy a delicious breakfast and relax in the lounge while listening to a live jazz duo. The view of the river from the patio is simply stunning.
Some aspects of the room facilities could be improved, such as the poor quality control and occasional issues with TV sound, missing bathrobes, and malfunctioning wardrobe lights.
