Deleting and pasting a file results in two copies

I noticed the following bug with git master:

1. Create a New Empty File
2. Copy and paste that file into the same folder
3. Delete New Empty File (copy 1)
4. Paste again
5. Two New Empty File (copy 1) entities will be visible
