Documentation & extension for lost particle counting

• Implementation of n_macroparticles_eleminated, which keeps track of the amount of eliminated particles
• rename lost to marked?
• document total variables --> only necessary for MPI implementation, does not get changed otherwise
• Document, that the lost variable is not reflecting the situtation properly if particles were eliminated
