Bug: Various Issues with In Call Functionality

1. Cannot get incoming calls - modal does not pop up to accept
2. Incoming calls shows 'client:user_xxx' as the person being called instead of the number that is being called
3. Cannot press buttons to make choices like "press 1" etc.
4. Note taking not possible on incoming calls.
